Heading into Canada’s Tourism week there is an air of optimism being echoed about the upcoming tourist season north of Toronto.

Jack Lynch from the Ontario Travel Centre at Highway 400 in Barrie says, “The Ministry of Tourism for the Province of Ontario is celebrating Tourism week and will be kicking off the celebrations on Tuesday June 2 at 10:30 a.m. at the Travel Centre in Barrie. The Minister of Tourism, the Honourable Monique Smith, will be on hand to address the industry.”
